Divinity School of Cosmetology is awarding a variety of Shampoo Stylist Scholarships for our April 14th class start date! The Shampoo Stylist Program TUITION is valued at $4,000—and we’re investing in the next generation of beauty professionals.

  • Applicants Must...

  • Possess a valid form of ID

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Commit to attending Shampoo Stylist Program full time,

  • Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-4:30pm

  • Submit an essay along with an application per this website

  • Participate in a professional interview!

  • SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY FEB. 28th 

In 500 words, describe who you are today and who you are actively working to become as a beauty professional. Your essay should demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and creativity.
Be sure to address:
  • Why the Shampoo Stylist Program at Divinity is the right fit for you at this stage
  • How you manage responsibilities such as time, attendance, communication, and follow-through
  • An example of being held to a standard or corrected, and how you responded
  • What receiving a tuition scholarship means to you and how you will honor the opportunity
Write in your own words. Responses should reflect real experiences and a clear readiness for a professional learning environment.

Essays will be reviewed for professionalism, accountability, effort, and alignment with Divinity’s standards.
